Soya Chunks and rice recipe is a good way of getting nutrition and taste.<br /><br />Ingredients :<br />• Soya chunks - 1 Cup<br />• Basmati rice - 250gm<br />• Cloves - 3 numbers.<br />• Cinnamon sticks - 2 numbers.<br />• Shahi jeera - ½ teaspoon.<br />• Cashew nuts - 15 numbers.<br />• Green chili - 3 numbers.<br />• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.<br />• Mint leaves - 1 spring.<br />• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.<br />• Red Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.<br />• Garam masala - 1 teaspoon.<br />• Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon.<br />• Curd - 1/2 cup.<br />• Water - 2 cups.<br />• Coriander (chopped) - ½ teaspoon.<br />• Salt - to taste.<br />• Oil - as required.<br />• Cardamom - 3 numbers.<br />• Onions - 1 number.<br />• Chopped Carrot<br />• Chopped Capsicum<br />• Green Peas<br />• Curry Leaves<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes squeeze the water from chunks.<br />2. For marination, add chopped vegetables(carrot, capsicum, green peas), curd, mint leaves, salt to taste, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.<br />3. Let's marinate the chunks mixture for 15 minutes<br />4. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, shahi jeera, green chili, sliced onions, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.<br />5.Salt saute it for 2 minutes, then add soya chunks mixture.<br />6. Add soaked rice and 2 glasses of water <br />7.Once it comes to boil, let it cook for 2 whistles in a high flame.<br />8. Switch off the flame After 5 to 6 minutes soya chunks pulao ready, and add chopped coriander leaves cook it for 2 minutes.<br />After 2 minutes serve it with raita or Mirchi ka salan.<br />Soya Chunks Biryani is Ready!!!
